HOW TO MAKE A CINEMATIC NOODLES

03.05.2019

As a great fan of Blade Runner I would like to share with you the most famous noodles in cinema history, yes , I'm talking about Blade Runner Noodle's.

Rain, pollution, darkness, neon ... the oppressive atmosphere of Blade Runner is one of its strengths. One of the few and brief respites that Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) has the scene in which he sits down to eat at a street stand. Do you fancy Japanese noodles?

Ford does not waste even that moment to put his usual self-confidence into believing that his colleagues do not speak Chinese and calling the old cook to act as interpreter. The noodles that he does not manage to finish are already a classic of the cinema whose recipe has multiple interpretations. I have opted for the simplest, which only carries veal and the tasty shiitake mushrooms

For this recipe yo need:

- 300 gr thick noodle

- 200 gr of beef fillets

- 100gr of shitake mushrooms

- 1/2 chive

- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce

- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil

- salt and pepper

- Sesame seeds

The steps:

1 --> Cut the veal into strips

2--> Chop the chives in very thin pieces

3--> Filete mushrooms shitake

4--> Sauté the onion until golden brown

5--> Add mushrooms

6--> Let them summarize 5 minutes

7--> Add the meat in strips and mix with sesame oil and soy sauce

8--> Let sauté 5 minutes

9--> Put the noodles to boil

10--> Add oyster sauce and stir just before draining

11--> Mix the noodles with the accompaniment (meat and mushrooms)

12--> Ready to eat daddy!
